The provisions of the Magistrates Ordinance, 1890, relat- ing to suminary procedure shall apply to proceedings under this section.
The provisions of this section shall be in addition to the powers contained in soction 4 of Ordinance No. 6 of 1891.

Any person found without the per- mission of the Captain Superintendent of Police in the premises mentioned in the order after the expiration of forty-eight hours from the time of affixing such order, and until such order shall expire, shall be liable, ou sam nary conviction before a Magistrate, to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars or to imprisonment not execeding one mouth.
